As a Business Analyst and Process Automation professional, I identify broken processes, analyze them, fix them, and automate whatever is left. This ensures teams can spend their time on work that actually matters.

I am a Business Systems Analyst specializing in process improvement and structured problem solving. I use Lean Six Sigma to define issues precisely, gather and analyze the right metrics, and translate findings into clear requirements. I then partner with product managers and development teams to bring the solution to life. My role does not end at the handoff: I stay involved through UAT to make sure the solution actually solves the problem it was built for.

B.S. in Business Administration and General Management from Central Michigan University, with a minor in Marketing. I hold professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt and Yellow Belt) and Citizen Developer credentials on both ServiceNow and Salesforce, with additional coursework in SQL.

I build workflow automation using no/low-code platforms including Power Apps, Power Automate, Zapier, Salesforce Flow Builder, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Slack Workflows. If something is manual and repeatable, I want it automated.

I stay current on emerging tools and technologies, particularly around AI-assisted workflows. The landscape is moving fast, and I think the people who learn to use these tools effectively will do the best work.
